Information we collect

We process account details, league membership, submitted picks, notification preferences, product entitlements, subscription status, billing identifiers, commissioner-recorded buy-in and chip-in status, and operational logs necessary to run the service. Stripe processes payment details; Stayin' Alive does not store complete card numbers.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, enforce league and plan rules, deliver requested notifications, score entries, provide purchased analysis, operate chip-in checklists, prevent abuse, and support users. Player Analyst may use anonymized, aggregate pick totals across leagues; popularity is displayed only when at least 50 picks are available for that week.

Notifications

Web push is attempted first when enabled, followed by opted-in SMS and then email. SMS is limited to transactional activity, respects configured quiet hours, and can be stopped at any time by replying STOP.

Payments

Commissioner subscriptions and Player Analyst purchases are processed by Stripe. Private league buy-ins, prizes, settlement payments, and plan chip-in reimbursements are never processed by Stayin' Alive; the app only records informational paid or pending statuses.

Sharing

League profile information, buy-in status, and applicable chip-in status are shared with fellow members of that league. Cross-league pick popularity is shown only as an anonymized percentage after the minimum sample threshold is met. Service providers receive only the information required to deliver the requested service.

Your choices

You may update notification preferences, manage or cancel a subscription through Stripe, withdraw SMS consent, and request access to or deletion of your account data through support.

Security and retention

Access controls, encrypted connections, audit records, and managed infrastructure are used to protect data. Billing and consent records are retained as required for compliance; other records are retained only as long as needed for league history, support, security, and legal requirements.
